Die Entwickler der OpenSource Virtualisierungslösung für KVM und Alternative für VMWare vSphere, oVirt, haben die Version 3.6.3 veröffentlicht.

Neben über 100 behobenen Fehlern (Bugfixes), sind auch diese 4 Features in das Release eingeflossen.

  • WebSocketProxy vdcoption muss nach einem Update nun nicht mehr neugestartet werden
  • OVIRT-CLI nutzt nun als Remote-Viewer anstatt des SpiceC für die Spice basierte Konsole
  • der nicht zugeordnete Host Status liefert nun einen genaueren, realen Status
  • Cloud-Init Dienste sind nach der Verteilung der Appliance deaktiviert, was den Start beschleunigt, VirtIO Windows Treiber wurden hierfür aktualisiert(V0.1.112-1)
