PHP 7.4.7 und 7.3.19 Bugfix Release

Das PHP Team hat heute die Updates 7.4.7 und 7.3.19 veröffentlicht. Dies sind reguläre Bugfixreleases die verschiedene Komponenten in PHP von Fehlern befreien.
